Summary:- The Cherry Tree
is a beautiful short story that closely follows the growth of a cherry tree,
The seeds of which were planted by a small boy named Rakesh . The sorrow caused
by the destruction of the tree , the act of patience inculated in the child by his
grandfather , the reward of that patience received by the small boy in form of
sweet – cherries succeeded in carrying a profound message of love and caring .
the last line of the story is highly philosophical.
सारांश:- “चेरी का वृक्ष “ एक अत्यंत सुंदर कहानी है जो एक चेरी के वृक्ष का बहुत सूक्ष्म रूप से बयान करती है। इस पेड़ का बीज एक छोटे से बालक ने लगाया था , उसका नाम राकेश था। ज्यो ही पोधा थोडा सा बड़ा हुआ , कुछ बकरियों ने उसे नुकसान पहुचाया। जिससे वह छोटा बालक बहुत दुखी हुआ। कहानी में लेखक बताता है की किस तरह उसके दादाजी ने उसे धैर्य का पढ़ सिखाते है, अंत में धैर्य के फल के रूप में उस बच्चे को मीठी चेरी खाने को मिलती है। पूरी कहानी में प्यार व् देखभाल का भी सन्देश है की किस तरह प्यार और देखभाल स एक नन्हा सा बीज बड़ा वृक्ष बन गया जो मीठे फल देता है। कहानी की अंतिम पंक्ति अत्यंत दार्शनिक है जिसमे बतया गया है की ईश्वर जो की स्रष्टि का रचियता है , उसको स्रष्टि की रचना करके जो अनुभूति होती है टीक वही अनुभूति उस बालक को उस वृक्ष के अस्तित्व में आने से हुई।

difficulties is a miracle.
अनेक कठनाइयों के बावजूद
पोधे की वृद्धि एक चमत्कार है।

Ans. The cherry tree special because it
was planted by a small boy Rakesh .
चेरी का पेड इतना विशेष इसलिए था क्योकि उसे एक छोटे से बालक राकेश ने लगाया था।

Ans. Rakesh is a six year old boy lives in
Mussoorie with his grandfather . in the Himalayan fort hills Rakesh enjoys the life
. He enjoys the stories about people who turned into animal and ghost who lived
in trees narrated by his grandfather . Rakesh enjoys every season with his
grandfather . He is a small boy but he is full of love and patience . He is
curious and nature loving boy .
राकेश छः साल का छोटा बच्चा है , जो अपने दादा के साथ मसूरी में रहता है। हिमालय की तलहटी में बसे इस स्थान पर राकेश अपनी जिंदगी का लुफ्त लेता है। वह अपने दादा जी द्वारा सुने उन कहानियों। जिनमे इंसान जानवर बी भूत में परिवर्तित होकर पेड़ पर रहती है , का आनंद उठता है . वह अपने दादा के साथ हर मौसम का आनंद उठता है। बह एक छोटा बच्चा है परन्तु बह प्रेमी एवं धैर्य से भरपूर है . वह उत्सुक एवं प्रकृति प्रेमी बच्चा है।

Q 5. What difficulties did the cherry tree
face in growing up ?
किन कठनाइयों के बाबजूद चेरी का पेड बढ़ता गया ?
Ans. When a small boy panted a seed of cherry
, after few days it started growing it was about half a meter high when a goat
entered the garden and ate the leaves . Only the main stem and two thin branches
remained . at the end of rainy season , new leaves appeared on the tree . then
a woman was cutting the grass and she chopped the tree in half . after this
difficulty still tree started growing and overcome with so many hurdles.
जब छोटे बच्चे ने चेरी के पेड को बोया , उसने कुछ दिनों के बाद उसकी वृद्धि शुरू हो गई। जब वह करीब आदह मीटर बड़ा हो चूका था तब बगीचे में एक बकरी घुस आई और उसने सारी पत्तिया खा लीं . केवल मुख्य ताने और दो शाखाये बची थी। बरसात के अंत में नयी पत्तियां वापस से दिखने लगी , तभी घास काटने वाली महिला ने अपनी दराती से पेड को आधा काट दिया। इस समस्या के बाबजूद पेड ने बढ़ना नहीं रोका और सारी समस्याओँ को झेलकर एक बड़े मीठी फल देने वाले वृक्ष का रूप ले लिया।
Q 6. Do you find the message of love in the
story ? Explain .
क्या आप कहानी में प्रेम के सन्देश को पते है ? समझिये।
Ans. This story deals with love , affection and careing
. A small boy plants a cherry. During the journey from seed to tree cherry tree
got lots of love and affection from a small boy . Although so many difficulties
come in the way but by the caring it was easy for the tree . in the entire
story we get the message that anyone who is loved will grow like a cherry tree
against all odds in his life. The story has a message of love. The last line of
the story reveals the philosophy of life .
यह कहानी मूलतयः प्रेम , स्नेह एवं धैर्य पर आधारित है, एक छोटा बच्चा चेरी को बोता है। उस बीज से पेड बनने की यात्रा के दौरान उस बच्चे से उसे बहुत प्रेम व स्नेह प्राप्त होता है, यदपि इस दौरान पौधे को अनेक कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है , परन्तु उस प्रेम व स्नेह से वह आसन हो जाता है। इस पूरी कहानी ,में हम यह सन्देश पाते है की जिसे भी प्रेम व स्नेह किया जावेगा वह उस् चेरी के पेड की तरह जीवनं में अनेक कष्टों के बावजूद आगे बढ़ता चला जावेगा। कहानी में प्रेम का सन्देश है अंतिम पंक्तियाँ हमें जीवन के दर्शन को बताती है।
